Welcome to the Online Retreat which is a forum aiming to offer support to:

1. Non-Pakistani sisters married to Pakistani brothers
2. Pakistani sisters who have been raised in another country and might be new to Pakistan
3. Any other sisters interested in Pakistan

It is also an Islamic forum as Islam is our way of life and cannot be separate from the day to day issues in our lives.

We sincerely hope that it will inshallah become a warm and friendly internet community where you can relax, find the information you need and meet like-minded sisters.
